Pet Policy

No animal weighing more than 50 pounds is permitted at the property. The following breeds are not permitted anywhere on the property or in tenant's unit: Pitbull; rottweiler; german shepherd; husky; alaskan malamute; doberman pinscher; chow chow; presa canario; caucasian ovcharka; american bulldog; wolf hybrid; any other breed considered vicious as determined by landlord is its sole judgement. *if an animal is an "emotional support animal" or "supported animal" that is required due to a tenant's disability, then certain provisions of this will not apply.
